He is responsible for managing valuation and other advisory engagements for various transaction and financial reporting purposes. Tejas has helped advise a diverse client base of start-ups, mid-market businesses, established enterprises, PE / VC funds on valuation and corporate finance related matters. These include both buy-side and sell-side clients across North America, Middle East, and India working on M&A deals, financing transactions, business strategy decisions, and financial modelling.
