He has been associated with Aranca’s Valuation Practice for over eight years and leads a team of 40 analysts/professionals. Bharat has managed business valuation assignments for over 400 VC-backed companies for a range of tax and financial reporting purposes. He manages the firm’s relationships with private equity clients globally and helps them in M&A valuation and evaluation of investment opportunities. He has extensive experience in managing complex patent and IP valuation assignments. Bharat holds the ASA designation in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
